About Me
What is broken in relationship, can be healed in relationship.
Relationships and our capacity to heal have always fascinated me — first through my own personal journey, where I experienced firsthand the transformative power of therapy, and later as I trained to support others navigating their own healing journeys. I learned early on that even with insight and self-awareness, the desire for change does not always lead to the outcomes we hope for. Lasting transformation often requires more than intention or effort alone — it grows within a grounded, attuned connection that helps us access our own capacity to heal.
My professional training reflects this commitment to understanding how transformation and healing occur. I hold an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and have completed specialist training in trauma-informed and somatic approaches, as well as in working with neurodivergence, ADHD, and unhealthy or emotionally harmful relationship patterns — including narcissistic and abusive dynamics. I have supported adults from diverse and cross-cultural backgrounds and have particular clinical interest in complex trauma, relational patterns, and ADHD.
My wider life experience also shapes the way I work. Originally from America and from a multicultural, immigrant background, I grew up with a strong awareness of cultural identity, belonging, and the many ways people navigate their emotional worlds. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the corporate world across both America and Europe — in the finance and charity sectors — and later spent time as a stay-at-home mother. These varied life experiences have enriched my empathy, broadened my worldview, and deepened my understanding of the complex stories clients bring to therapy.
My practice is grounded in a blend of attachment-based, relational, existential, psychodynamic, and cognitive/neuroscientific perspectives. I continue to learn and integrate new insights to better support those I work with. To learn more about how I work click here.
